Throughout my career, I have worked in high-pressure environments where precision and consistency were paramount. My experience includes serving as a Weapons Systems Specialist in the U.S. Air Force and later progressing to roles in manufacturing engineering and leadership, both of which required increasing responsibility and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

During periods of extreme stress, I discovered mindfulness and meditation as effective strategies for maintaining composure and focus. This approach enabled me to be present, respond intentionally, and manage stress effectively without disengaging from my responsibilities.

After identifying symptoms of burnout, I transitioned into sales, which allowed me to reevaluate my direction and determine the next step in my professional journey. This period provided invaluable perspective, which ultimately inspired the creation of Bearded Buddha.

The Bearded Buddha brand was founded upon the principles of intentionality and simplicity. Our mission is to streamline grooming routines and make self-care practices accessible and enjoyable.
